Entry before the start of Level 4

• This is a Single option re-buy event.  If a player is eliminated during the registration period that player may re-buy one time.
• This is a winner take all format but players may make deals
• Registration will be open until the beginning of level 5
• NO Breaks and NO Antes
• $20 Single Re-buys thru the end of level 4 for starting stack of 10k
• Surrender chip stack at 2k or less anytime or with any stack size at the end of level 4
• $1 of the entry/re-buy held for tournament of champions and promo - 20% rake for hosting charities
• All tournament details above are subject to change at any time
• Last Longer optional bets are not part of prize pool and they will not be raked
• Go to http://www.windycity.poker for information on tournament prize pool payouts.
• All payouts will adhere to the Illinois Charitable Games Act - NO EXCEPTIONS
• No bad behavior or bad energy at the table
• Players will be required to sign a release form to participate
• Players may pre-register and secure a SNG seat via text or email but must arrive for on-time start and or call for blind off late registration

Must be 18 or older to play. Players must present a valid US Government issued photo ID in order to participate or collect winnings. Hosting Charity reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel tournament at anytime.
